Shipping Destinations

Urbanista ships to addresses within the European Union only. We are currently unable to ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US, or other non-EU countries. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Carriers and Delivery Times

Orders to Sweden are shipped via PostNord. Orders to all other EU member states are shipped via UPS.

Standard estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods or where unexpected delays occur with local postal handover. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within the next business day. During periods of high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer. We operate Monday to Friday and do not dispatch on Swedish public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment directly on the PostNord website (for Sweden) or the UPS website (for all other EU countries).

Order Not Arrived

If you have not received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@urbanista.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Changes and Cancellations

We aim to honour all change or cancellation requests but cannot guarantee this once an order has entered the dispatch process. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@urbanista.com as soon as possible. Your request is more likely to be successful if made before the order is shipped.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you have not received one, please check that the email address used at checkout is correct and check your spam folder, as confirmation emails can occasionally be filtered.

If your payment was successful and funds were deducted but you have not received a confirmation, please contact us at support@urbanista.com and we will verify your order.

Prices and VAT

All prices shown on urbanista.com are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable in your EU country of delivery. No additional charges apply beyond those shown in your basket at checkout. Urbanista is not responsible for any currency conversion rates applied by your bank or card provider.
