Part-Time
Customer Experience Support.

At Urbanista, we design audio products that blend style, innovation, and everyday functionality for life in motion. Based in the heart of Stockholm, we’re looking for a part-time team member to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day Customer Experience work—helping us deliver a world-class user journey from unboxing to everyday use.

About the Role
As Customer Experience Support, you’ll play a key role in how our users experience Urbanista—from managing feedback to identifying improvement opportunities. This is a hands-on role where your insights and attention to detail can directly shape how we engage with our global community.
While your main focus will be on Customer Experience, the role may also include supporting the product development team or assisting with general office admin tasks on a case-by-case basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of day-to-day customer experience tasks, responding to customer feedback and ensuring a smooth support process.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to raise any recurring issues or product-related feedback. 
  • Help maintain and improve our CX tools, systems, and tone of voice, contributing to a consistent and on-brand customer experience. 
  • Occasionally assist with product development support (e.g. product testing or feedback gathering) and office-related tasks when needed.

Who You Are

  • Currently studying at higher education or recently graduated from high school. 
  • Positive and service minded. Always ready to solve problems.
  • Organized and attention to details. 
  • Strong communicator with an interest in tech, lifestyle products, and user experience.

Location & Hours 

  • Onsite at Urbanista HQ in Stockholm city
  • Part-time role with flexible hours
